Download OTPilot

Fills the sign-in code from your Gmail into the page you're on. Free direct download while the Chrome Web Store listing waits on a higher extension limit. No account.

Download OTPilot.zip

OTPilot 1.21.0 · Chrome

Checking stops two minutes after the code field appears. Each look reads only mail that arrived after the previous one. When the page names the address the code was sent to, only that Gmail account is checked.

The zip unpacks to a folder. Do not drag the zip into Chrome.

Install

  1. Download OTPilot.zip. It lands in Downloads.
  2. Move the zip to Documents. On a Mac, drag it there. On Windows, right-click it, choose Cut, then in Documents right-click and choose Paste.
  3. Unzip it there. On a Mac, double-click the zip. On Windows, right-click it and choose Extract all. A folder named OTPilot appears.
  4. Leave the OTPilot folder in Documents. Don't delete it and don't move it after installing, or the extension stops working. The zip itself can be deleted.
  5. In Chrome, type chrome://extensions in the address bar and press Enter.
  6. Turn on Developer mode, at the top right.
  7. Choose Load unpacked.
  8. Open Documents, select the OTPilot folder, and choose Select. On Windows the button says Open.
  9. Pin it: click the puzzle piece at the right of the Chrome toolbar, then the pin next to OTPilot.
  10. Sign in to Gmail in this same Chrome profile. When a page asks for an emailed code, OTPilot fills it.

A newer version

Download the zip again and unzip it over the OTPilot folder in Documents. Then open chrome://extensions and choose Reload on OTPilot.

Remove

On chrome://extensions, choose Remove. Then delete the OTPilot folder from Documents. What the extension stored on this browser goes with it. Details are on the privacy policy.
