Install
- Open the downloaded
MyWork-1.0.dmg. - Drag MyWork into Applications.
- Open MyWork from Applications (or Spotlight). It lives in the menu bar — there is no Dock icon.
- When asked, turn MyWork on under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
- Open Settings → Apps → Add App…, pick an app you work in, calibrate it once, then keep working. After the dwell time, tasks show up in the menu.
If macOS blocks the open
The DMG is notarized. If Gatekeeper still warns the first time, Control-click MyWork in Applications, choose Open, then confirm. You only do that once.
What stays on your Mac
Tasks and calibration are local. There is no account. See the privacy policy.
