MyWork support
MyWork is a menu-bar app for the Mac. It watches which workspace you are focused on, creates tasks automatically after you stay there long enough, and lets you jump back or check them off.
Download
Until the Mac App Store listing is live, get the notarized Mac build from the download page. Drag MyWork into Applications, open it from there, then grant Accessibility once.
How to use it
- Open Settings → Apps → Add App… and pick an app you work in.
- Calibrate it: focus a window, capture, choose the element that names the workspace, then save.
- Work in that app past the dwell threshold (default 90 seconds). The task appears in the MyWork menu.
- Click a row to jump back. Tick the checkbox when you are done (there is a short undo).
MyWork does not show an icon in the Dock. You can turn on Launch at login in Settings → General.
Accessibility
The first launch asks for Accessibility under System Settings, Privacy & Security, Accessibility. You only do this once. MyWork reads titles and selected items as text. It does not need Screen Recording unless you enable the optional local vision fallback for a specific app.
